Patrick Elliott – Chairman

Pat Elliott is a company director with 40 years’ experience in investment and corporate management. His early career was at Consolidated Gold Fields Australia, and covered investment analysis, management and marketing. He later worked in investment banking and became Head of Corporate Finance for Morgan Grenfell Australia and Managing Director of Natcorp Investments. Patrick has a BCom and MBA, and is a CPA. He is on the Remuneration and Audit Committees.

Steen Feldskov – Non-Executive Director

Steen joins the CAP-XX board with nearly 40 years of experience working in the electronics industry, with approximately half of that time involved in the sale and marketing of electronic components and the remainder in senior management roles for electronics companies. He is currently the Country Manager for the Danish office of Hamamatsu Photonics Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of the Tokyo-listed Hamamatsu Photonics K. K. the Japanese manufacturer of optical sensors, electric light sources, and other optical devices.
Steen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. Steen is also a Member of the Danish Management Society.

Dr Gramham Cooley – Non-Executive Director

raham brings a wealth of relevant experience and knowledge to the CAP-XX Board through his background in the power, energy storage and hydrogen sectors over more than 35 years. He was previously Business Development Manager at National Power plc, the UK’s largest power generator, and CEO of ITM Power plc, the first hydrogen related company quoted on AIM. Dr Cooley has been involved in a wide range of corporate transactions, including ones that have raised over £600m for UK cleantech SMEs. He also has a track record of forging industrial partnerships and entering new markets. He has been an active investor in AIM UK cleantech companies for over a decade and holds a PhD in Materials Physics, a MBA and has several fellowship appointments.

Peter Fraser – Non-Executive Director

Peter is a qualified chartered accountant with over 30 years of experience in investment banking and corporate advisory. He currently provides ad hoc financial consulting services to corporates and holds a consulting arrangement with Henslow, the Australian member of global advisory network, Oaklins. Peter has extensive expertise in M&A, corporate strategy and capital raisings. His recent advisory roles include working with technology companies specialising in mobile communications and high-tech materials. Throughout his career, Peter has engaged in significant transactions across diverse sectors, including media, technology, health care and mining, with a global reach spanning Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Africa, the USA, the UK, and Europe.

Dr Anthony Sive – Non-Executive Director

Anthony has over three decades of international business experience and is a seasoned executive. Anthony is committed to social responsibility, governance and strategic oversight. He leverages technology and human ingenuity to drive innovation and uphold ethical standards. His notable achievements include leading several significant business transformations, growing revenues and executing major projects, all while focusing on creating substantial shareholder value. Anthony has a PhD in fluid dynamics, an MCom in advanced finance, is a chartered professional engineer with Engineers Australia and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Joanna Morbey – Company Secretary

Joanna is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), she brings over 20 years of professional experience in accounting and company secretarial roles across various industries, including investment banking, property development, and mineral exploration. Joanna has served as Company Secretary for several listed companies in Australia, including Ioneer Ltd, Argonaut Resources NL, and Tamboran Resources Ltd.

Executive Team

Lars Stegmann, Chief Executive Officer

Lars has spent more than two decades in international sales, project, and management roles. Lars has considerable experience in the field of power electronics, electronic components and systems, as well as extensive sales and marketing background in the automotive, automation, industrial, marine and medical technology industries. Prior to joining CAP-XX, Lars worked as Vice President and General Manager of C&K, the electronics switch and component manufacturer which is now part of Littelfuse Inc. Lars holds an engineering degree (Dipl. Ing.) in power electronics and an MBA from Zurich International Business School. He will be based in Hamburg Germany.

Keith Siu, Senior Financial Controller

Keith is an Australian CPA. He brings international experience from working at Philips in Singapore and Melbourne, as well as more recently at C-COR Broadband.

Alex Bilyk, Chief Technology Officer

Alex is a Chemist with over 25 years’ experience in Research and Development. In the last 17 years he has been focused on industry R&D for materials and device development at both CAP-XX and CSIRO. Alex has worked extensively on improving the operational performance of energy storage devices. He was awarded a PhD from the University of Sydney and his BSc (Hons) from the University of Western Australia.

Dallas Garratt, VP – Operations

Dallas has significant experience in design, construction and operations, with a strong focus on manufacturing best practices and optimising operational efficiencies. He has held a number of engineering and project management positions within large multinational companies across Australia, Europe and Asia. Dallas has a B.Eng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney, and is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).

Catherine Wang, General Manager – Quality

Catherine is an Engineer with over 35 years of Operations and Quality experience with over 20 years being with CAP-XX. After commencing in the field of design and development of production components, the last twenty years has been focused on the implementation of QC practices at high-tech manufacturing organisations. Catherine holds a Diploma in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering.
